Three people were arrested after Assam Rifles pulled off two vehicles carrying an amount of Rs. 10.6 lakhs.
On 5th of November the vehicles were caught when they were travelling from Yairipok to Namlee village around 1:30 am. Both the driver and vehicles were missing registration plates and vehicle documents.
The arrested were identified as Amos Athary and Thanglian Sengtong, from Somrai. A resident of Yaripok Longjam Premjit Singh accompanied the arrested.
Later both the vehicles, illegal cash andthe arrested were handed over to Kasom Khullen Police Station.
