A road accident in Mizoram’s Champhai district killed two person while one was severely injured on Sunday, said Police.

The motorcycle slipped off the road and fell into a nullah in Champhai town this morning, they said.

The two deceased were Zonunmawia (36), and Lalrinfela (24), from New Champhai locality and Lalrinhlua (24), a resident of Khuangleng village in Champhai district was taken to Champhai District Hospital on severe injury conditions, the police reported.
