After 20 more people, 19 from East Sikkim and 1 from North Sikkim District were tested positive by the infection, Sikkim’s COVID-19 tally increased to 3,913. One 87-year-old man succumbed to the infection taking the death toll to 68, said an official.

Presently Sikkim has 254 active corona virus cases. 82 patients have migrated to other states while 3,509 people have recovered from the disease, said Bhutia.
So far  56,319 samples for COVID-19 were tested, which includes 169 from the past 24 hours, the official
added.
