In Tripura the Covid-19 recovery rate has improved to 94.01 per cent, making it higher than national average of 91.15 per cent, stated on a Tripura government report.

With 1.12 per cent, the Covid-19 fatality rate in Tripura is also lower than the national average of 1.50 per cent.

In Tripura during the last 24 hours, 141 Covid-19 infected patients were discharged. 97 persons were tested positive out of 2569 samples that were tested on Friday.

No reports of deaths were registered in the last 24 hours. With a total of 343 people that succumbed to the disease, 28,714 people were discharged from the hospitals so far in the state, said Officials.
