Tripura : Royal Scion slams ABYSA National President

For allegedly trying to create communal tension in the Northeast through his posts on social media, the Royal Scion of Tripura, Kirit Pradyot Deb Barman has slammed the national president of the All Bengalis’ Youths and Students’ Association (ABYSA), Chandan Chatterjee.
In a video message released on Wednesday, the royal scion of Tripura termed the ABYSA as an irrelevant organisation with political agenda.
“Such organisations which are based in another state, outside the northeast, have complete political agenda to create conflict and unrest amongst different communities,” he said.
On October 26, the ABYSA president took to Facebook and blamed Pradyot and “his gang” for the numerous attacks on the Bengalis during the anti-Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) protests in the state earlier this year.
“The Mukuthin Samrat (crownless emperor) and his gang were behind all these (attacks) in the name of Anti-CAA protests, Where CAA is not going to implement in the ADC area of Tripura.”
