Recently, a viral message has gone viral claiming that a lucky draw would be held and that the recipient will be eligible to win a lottery reward of Rs 25 lakhs. It claims that KBC JIO is in charge of the lotto lucky draw.

According to the message, celebrities such as Amitabh Bachchan, Mukesh Ambani, and even Narendra Modi participated in the KBC JIO fortunate draw. The message also includes a WhatsApp number to call for more information on how to claim the prize money. Here is the WhatsApp message containing the audio clip that is being sent.

Republic World investigated the lottery rumour and discovered it to be a fake. KBC does not hold any lotteries or fortunate draws valued more than Rs 25 lakhs. The previous season’s last episode aired in November of 2019. In 2018, these message forwards were also reported, albeit in a slightly different manner. The Mumbai Police, on the other hand, quickly responded to the Twitter user and cautioned him not to publish such personal information.
