The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Wednesday issued guidelines for Unlock 5.0, allowing opening of Cinema halls at 50% capacity and permitting states to decide on the openings of Schools from October 15.

The Home ministry in its guidelines said that the swimming pools will also be allowed to reopen for training of sportspersons.

Entertainment parks and similar places will be permitted to open, for which the SOP will be issued by Ministry of Health &Family Welfare (MoHFW).

Students are to attend Schools/Institutions only with the written consent of their parents.

Unlock 5.0 is likely to become crucial as number of religious festivals are scheduled in October, including Durga Puja along with the Bihar Assembly Election 2020.

However, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra have extended lockdown till October 31.
