The Nirbhaya convicts lawyer AP Singh, who defended the four accused in the 2012 Nirbhaya gangrape and murder case, will also defend the four accused in the Hathras case.

According to reports, the Akhil Bharatiya Kshatriya Mahasabha has reached out to Singh to defend the accused in the alleged gang rape of the 19-year-old girl, who succumbed to her injuries during medical treatment at Delhi’s Safdarjung Hospital.
