Almaz Antey is a Russian company. Almaz-Antey, a Russian air, and space defense company, has announced that it would begin delivering the S-400 surface-to-air missile defense system to India by the end of 2021.

Vyacheslav Dzirkaln, the firm’s deputy CEO, stated, “I can affirm that we will deliver [the S-400 system to India] by the end of 2021 in line with the schedule and contractual responsibilities of the Russian side.”

On Monday, he made these statements while speaking at the International Military-Technical Forum “ARMY-2021.” Dzirkaln further stated that “now, Indian military personnel is being trained in the operation of the S-400.” In terms of training, the first set of Indian specialists has finished it.
