UP Chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday constituted a three-member Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe Hathras gang-rape case .

The SIT is asked to present a report in 7 days. The team comprises of Chairman Secretary Home Shri Bhagwan Swaroop, Deputy Inspector General of Police Shri Chandraprakash and Commander in Chief, PAC, Agra Mrs Poonam.

Strict instructions are given to prosecute the accused in a fast track court.
